Saba Qamar Zaman is a Pakistan film and television actress. She was born on 5th April 1984 in Gujranwala, Pakistan and also raised in Gujranwala. For the higher study, she moved to Lahore. She spent early years of her life in Hyderabad. 
Her real name is Sabahat Qamar but she is famous by her screen name Saba. Qamar made her debut in Lahore in the PTV Home TV series Main Aurat Hoon. She won the PTV award for the best TV actress in both public and jury choice categories at the 16th Annual PTV Awards, held on 23 July 2011 for her role in Tinkay. She won the Best TV Actress trophy for her role as Suraiya in Dastaan, at the first Pakistan Media Awards (2010), and was also the recipient of the Best TV Actress trophy in both the public and jury choice categories at the 16th annual PTV Awards (2011).
She has won the award for best actress at the 17th Annual PTV Awards (2012) for her role in Tera Pyar Nahin Bhoole.
She made her film debut in the movie Manto, which was directed by Sarmad Sultan Khoosat in 2015.
In 2017, Saba made her debut in Bollywood with the film “Hindi Medium”, opposite Irrfan Khan. This film was a huge hit and a successful film in India.
