Marston was born on 9 April 1990 as the oldest son of Huge Hefner with his second wife Kimberley Conrad. So he is an American by his nationality and belongs to the white ethnicity.

Being a celebrity kid and belonging to a  wealthy family, Marston had pretty much a luxurious upbringing. Even he spent the first eight years of his life in the Playboy mansion. However, Marston doesn’t live in the Mansion not anymore, not since his parents split up in 1998 and his mom did.

Marston has Swedish roots through his grandmother and his grandfather was English and German. He is a descendant of Plymouth governor William Bradford. Its intellectually respectable articles and forthright philosophy of hedonism made Playboy a major influence on the sexual revolution of the 1960s. Later he expanded his enterprise into nightclubs and other entertainment media.

Hefner passed away on September 27, 2017, at his Holmby Hills home in Los Angeles, California. As per the reports, he died of Sepsis, caused by an E. coli infection. At the time of his death, he was 91 years of age.

Reportedly, Hefner was arrested in 2012 for attacking his girlfriend after she filed for action. He was charged with corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant after the February 12 incident when he allegedly kicked and punched Sinclair, last year’s playmate of the year. He was also charged with vandalism over her damaged laptop, but that count was dismissed.

Police responded to the residence after receiving worried calls from Miss Sinclair’s family. Hefner reportedly told police that the two had been arguing but that he had not physically injured his girlfriend. He was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence but released on $20,000 bail.
