Madalsa was born on 26 September 1991 to film producer and director Subhash Sharma and his wife actress Sheela Sharma. After completing her school level studies from Marble Arch school, she studied English Literature at the Mithibai College, at Mumbai.
Since her family related to film industry and also she wanted to be an actor from early childhood so, after completed her education she attended the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute. And also learned dancing under Ganesh Acharya and Shiamak Davar.

Sharma is unmarried. And in a relationship with Famous actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay for the last three years. So you can say it’s an arranged-cum-love marriage in our case.” The couple got engaged earlier this year at Mimoh’s Mumbai house.
As per the news, Madalsa will marry Mahaakshay, also known as Mimoh on July 7. In an exclusive interview, Madalsa revealed details of her wedding that will be held in the presence of family members. And said that “All are very excited. We are keeping it a little low-key because we wanted it to be it a family affair. It’s a destination wedding. I can’t reveal the place, but for sure it’s not in Mumbai.” We are ready to up-lode their wedding pics on July 7.

In 2009, Sharma made her acting debut with E.V.V. Satyanarayana’s Telugu film Fitting Master. It was a successful appearance her. After next year she appeared in her first Kannada Shourya, which gave her a great boost to Madalsa’s career.
