Hima Das (Assamese: হিমা দাস) is an Indian Sprinter and internet celebrity. She was born on 9 January 2000 in Kandulimari, Dhing, Nagaon, Assam. Das is the elder child of her parents. She attended the Dhing Public School. From early life, she playing football boys at her school and wanted to be a footballer.
A physical Education trainer, Shamsul Haque suggest her to make her career in athletics and after that she began participating in short and middle distance races.

She has won the Gold Medal in the 400 meters at 2018 IAAF World U20 Championships, becoming the first Indian to win the World Championships titles in any track event.
